Architect
Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop & edit drawings, models and renders
- Ensure all designs comply with the planning regulations
- Prepare and submit relevant documents including applications, site surveys, condition reports, etc to the Planning Authority and Building & Construction Authority
- Oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and local regulations
- Carry out regular site visits to check on the progress of projects and ensure that these are running within the agreed timelines
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Perform any other job-related duties as necessary or as assigned.
Requirements:
- Maltese speaker
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of PA design guidelines
- Visual & verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in the property development sector
